In the recent card set “The Women of Star Trek” by Rittenhouse Archives some odd base set cards showed up. People thought these cards were rare, but now Rittenhouse comes with this announcement:
A limited number of previously unannounced base cards numbered 82-90 were inserted into the packs. These cards are intended to be released in next product (The Quotable Star Trek Movies). These cards may be rare now, but when we issue that next product, they won’t be so tough to find.
So, not to worry about these… not so rare cards.
Rittenhouse Archives only just realeased the Women of Star Trek set and now we’ve allready got a new Star Trek set to look out for. The Quotable Star Trek Movies Trading Cards will hit the shelves on June the 23rd.
The Quotable Star Trek Movies Trading Cards set will features a minimum of 30 signers and will have 3 autograph cards in each box! Be on the lookout for some very cool signers, such as Kim Cattrall, Brent Spiner and Kurtwood Smith.
The subsets are as follows;
- 9-card Women of Star Trek Movies Expansion Set (1:6 packs)
- 10-card classic Star Trek Movies Poster Cards (clear plastic) (1:12 packs)
- 9-card Star Trek Bridge Crew Transitions Cards (1:12 packs)
- 9-card Star Trek The Motion Picture Bridge Crew Patch Cards (1:144 packs)
And of course there will be the case incentive cards;
